I think it would make a great project if the bumper was sourced cheaply from a junkyard. you need the valance itself and the mounting brackets that attach it to the metal front sub chassis or whatever you want to call it. and hardware of course. the brackets are hard to find these days. some people have reproduced them with 3d printers. if your good with metal you could probably make your own. You don't need to weld on the rear valance, but you do need to cut up and plastic weld the bumper. A bumper tuck is where the diving board bumper's (like on your 3325e) shock absorbers are modified (I think) so that the bumpers don't stick out so far. If I had an early E30, that's what I'd do, instead of the expense to convert to plastic bumpers.
