The door ajar light is also on. four wheel drive won't work either, and I also have no tone if I leave the headlights on or key in the ignition. I believe it may have something to do .
This Explore has a .25 amp draw. Traced it back to fuse #2 (5amp) in the smart junction block. My diagrams show this powering SJB relay & VAR 1 I have no idea where these 2 are located and .The smart junction box is the fuse box, located under the dash on the drivers side of the car.

Any plenums/square duct over 12x12x12 should be a heavier gauge than 30, even when cross broken they tend to have duct banging issues because the metal isn't rigid enough IMO. All our fabricated duct is 24/26 gauge.
