Replacement junction box came from an 06 f250 with a 6.0. The part number on the cjb is 6C3T-14A067-AB. On my 2004 expy, build date is 10/03, i am having no crank/start issues with my PATS light blinking at a steady pace with key on, engine off. There was also a clicking from . Having the same issue but my 2004 Ford Excursion finally would not start. The Excursion is at the mechanic shop right now. He has determined it is the fuel pump regulator .

This is not the first time we have dealt with this, however this is the first time we were able to get parts that were yet to be made obsolete. Hi all. I have been facing the dreaded leaking windshield for years now. The problem originally started when heavy rain came through and simply my wipers would not work and the ABS light would come on. The next day after the GEM would dry, everything is back to normal. More recently the problem became. i also found this from ford tsb - replace the cjb with service part number 3l1z-14a068-aa (vehicles built on or before 02/03/2003) or 3l7z-14a068-ab (vehicles built after 02/03/2003) Now, my old part number is different - 2L1T-14A057-AN, but I don't have any luck finding any of those.

The circuit board in the Central Junction Box(CJB) can be damaged or faulty as well, they can melt a bit when the relay melts down. I replaced the relay in mine, but I mistakenly used plumbing flux which ruined the board in about 6 weeks. So I had to replace the CJB entirely. Granted, the one seller (2004 FORD EXPEDITION 5.4L FUSE BOX 4L1T-14A067-AC | eBay) has a fuse box with a problem that sounds a lot like what you are experiencing If you can pull the fuse box out and have some knowledge with a soldering iron, the repair can probably be done for next to nothing.
