The ebox fan fuse is # 2 (30 amp) in the engine electronics fuse carrier. That same fuse protects a lot of other components including the ECM, fuel pump relay, VANOS solenoids, etc. If your engine is otherwise operating properly then the error code is most likely not being caused by a bad fuse.
